Although we do not have a conventional shopping basket we hope that you will find completing our Secure order/enquiry form, by entering the publisher, title, scale etc, just as straight forward. Alternatively you can telephone us during normal working hours (9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday) and we will be happy to take your order or offer advice. You can also use one of the following methods to order, fax, post or E-mail. |

Orders for items available in stock will normally be dispatched on the same day the order is received |

Items which are not available in stock can be ordered - delivery is usually within a few weeks from European countries but may take longer from other continents |

The majority of folded maps are dispatched in transparent plastic wallets for protection in use and in storage |
Payment

Payment can be made by cheque, postal order, Switch, Mastercard, Visa or American Express |
|
Goods can be sent out on invoice (UK Addresses only) - in which case payment is due within 30 days |
Returns
|
We guarantee replacement or refund for goods which are found to be faulty, damaged or 'not to expectation' |
|
Goods which are 'not to expectation' must be returned unused,
within seven days. |
Postage & Packing Charges:
United Kingdom
Maps will normally be sent by first class, heavier books and atlases etc. by
first class, parcelforce or Omega, according to weight. For bulky packages to be delivered by Omega, please where possible
supply a business address for the delivery. Please contact us for postal

Folded
Maps We charge 75p for the first map ordered and then 25p per extra map to a maximum charge of £5.00. Delivery is normally by 1st class mail but if the order is particularly large we may send by carrier, we will inform you if this is the case as a signature is then required. For Laminated maps please see below. |

Flat Maps The charge for one map sent in a roll is £1.50 and then 25p per extra map to a maximum charge of £8.00.
