Orders

• We are currently in the process of adding a shopping basket to our web site but for the pages that have not yet been linked

• Orders for items available in stock will normally be dispatched on the same day the order is received

• Items which are not available in stock can be ordered - delivery is usually within a few weeks from European countries but may take longer from other continents

• The majority of folded maps are dispatched in transparent plastic wallets for protection in use and in storage

Payment

• Payment can be made by cheque, postal order, Switch, Mastercard, Visa or American Express

• Online payments are processed using Actinic Payments and Credit Call -

• Goods can be sent out on invoice (UK Addresses only) - in which case payment is due within 30 days

Returns

• We guarantee replacement or refund for goods which are found to be faulty, damaged or 'not to expectation'

• Goods which are 'not to expectation' must be returned unused, within seven days.  
  Please note that certain items, such as CD-ROMS, carry a seal which must remain intact for full refund to be given

• Postage & Packing Charges: 

• United Kingdom
  Maps will normally be sent by first class, heavier books and atlases etc. by first class or Parcelforce according to weight.  For bulky packages to be delivered by Parcelforce, please where possible supply a business address for the delivery.  Please contact us for postal charges on items marked *postage rates on request*

• Folded Maps
  We charge 60p for the first map ordered and then 40p per extra map.  
  Delivery is normally by 1st class mail but if the order is particularly large we may send by carrier, we will inform you if this is the case as a signature is then required.  For Laminated maps please see below.
  
• Flat Maps  
  The charge for one map sent in a roll is £2.50 and then 50p per extra map.  Delivery is normally by 1st class mail but if the order is particularly large we may send by carrier, we will inform you if this is the case as a signature is then required.  For Laminated maps please see below.
  
• Laminated Maps  
  Thin Lamination on Maps count as 2 maps - See examples below

  	One Folded map will cost £1.40 and then 80p per extra map
  	One Flat map sent rolled will cost £3.50 and then £1.00 per extra map

  Thick Lamination on Maps count as 3 maps (with thick lamination maps are normally sent rolled as they do not fold as well) - See example below

  One map sent rolled will cost £4.00 and then £1.50 per extra map

• Guides & Atlases etc
  Weight under 250g - £1.50 per guide
  Weight under 750g - £2.50 per guide
  Weight above 750g - £4.50 per guide  
  
• Larger Items showing an asterisk (*) e.g. Navigator Road Atlas, Globes etc
  There is a charge of £7.50 each   
  

• To Europe - Airmail Printed Paper Rates
  UK rates x 2  (no maximum charge)
  Please note that we are unable to send rolled maps which are longer than 90cm to overseas addresses, please contact us if you have any queries.
  

• Outside Europe - Airmail Printed Paper Rates
  UK rates x 3  (no maximum charge)
